Br. Augustine Pinto was the Committed Lesser Brother who intentionally traded the ladder of ranks for the Kenosis of the Cross. By walking faithfully in the footsteps of Christ’s humilitas and Francis’ minoritas, he proved that the greatest strength is found in self-emptying service.
May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
